How I work
Working in a confidential setting either at my office or via video calling,I offer help and support to others experiencing personal difficulties to help overcome issues like, stress, anxiety, depression, and self esteem and grief. Sessions are for an hour duration, and are on a weekly basis. Appointments are made previously when it is mutually convenient. All conversations are private and confidential.
